Apple ‘must’ “get its mojo back”
“Apple’s technological creativity has ground to a halt.” NYPost.
It’s quite incredible the journalist got paid for this.
It is the usual thing: these self-important opinion makers are so blinded by a Hollywood style need to get a quick hit today that they miss the obvious — so, for example, here’s three things Apple has quietly built which will become “a thing”:
1. TouchID — a fingerprint scanning system that works.
2. iBeacons — a technology that is already rolling out globally.
3. Twice as many credit cards as Amazon possesses.
These “Apple must” people are unable to discern the wood from the trees. Innovation is incremental. Would we have had an iPod without Toshiba’s tiny hard drives?
Stupid.
