How to Fill in Online Forms Accurately on your Mac
I used to get so annoyed at this: When filling in a form on my Mac, I used to get frustrated when the computer wouldn’t move accurately between the sections of the form. It would tab to some sections, but not to others.
Then I worked out what to do:

This little tip is short and sweet. It takes almost no effort, and almost always solves the problem.
Here we go:
- Go to System Preferences
- Open Keyboard
- Open the Shortcuts pane
- Look to the bottom of the page for the words: “Full Keyboard Access: In windows and dialogs, press Tab to move keyboard focus between:”
- Underneath you’ll find two radio buttons and should activate All controls.
- Now you should find your Mac will more accurately fill in forms.
*** You can also toggle between the two settings (Text boxes and lists only, and All controls) by pressing Control + F7.
