Apple gives up 90-day trials of Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro X
Apple has made free 90-day trial versions of its industry standard music production software, Logic Pro X and video creation suite, Final Cut Pro X available for the first time.
What we did this summer
Apple’s Pro Apps are widely used across both the audio and video industries, which makes the 90-day free trial a useful way for people interested in learning the skills required to use the applications while they are stuck at home for the next few weeks.
Final Cut Pro X and Logic Pro X, will have free 90-day trials for all customers around the world. Both apps are also great tools for students who may already be using them in school, but don’t have the apps on their home computers.
Final Cut Pro X already has a 30-day triay. A free trial is entirely new to Logic Pro X.
The extension to 90 days is for a limited time and will revert to 30 days across both apps in the future.
Apple is also making the trial software available to customers who have already downloaded the free 30-day trial of Final Cut Pro X.
