Apple still keeps customers satisfied, latest ACSI data shows
Apple’s big focus is on delivering customer experiences. That means it builds solutions the people who use them will enjoy quite a lot, no matter what critics, competitors and commentators say. The latest American Customer Satisfaction Index ratings (to be published 22 September) show it’s doing pretty well at this.
Apple’s iPhone sits at 82
Current ACSI data gives the current iPhone a customer satisfaction score of 82 (out of 100), down a very small amount on the 83 it achieved in 2019.
Macs remain popular. They secured 83. And as we wait for Apple One, it is interesting that its streaming services scored 77 (Apple TV App) and 74 (Apple TV+) – though there’s plenty of upside to those stories as the company continues to ramp up content choice.
We’ll learn more about the latest ACSI scores for Apple products, and how they ramp up in contrast with competitors later this month on September 22 when new data is made available.
