Apple updates Numbers, Pages, Keynote on all platforms
Apple has introduced updates to Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, part of the iWork suite. While the content of each update for each app varies, the general focus is on improving existing collaborative features and the introduction of additional support for Apple Pencil.
What’s new in iWork?
Some of the highlight improvements include the capacity to export and send a copy of a Keynote presentation or Numbers spreadsheet in a different format from the Share menu. That’s a really useful boost to long range collaborators.
Other improvements include better Apple Pencil support and a tweak to templates so you’ll get prompts of what you should do in each section. I think that last part is going to help new users come to terms with the applications.
You also see tweaks to the mail merge feature returned to the apps last year.
