How to customize Control Center on Apple Watch
The Control Center on Apple Watch has always been a one-size-fits-all affair, but here is how to customize it so the items you use most often are easy to find, for watchOS 5 and later.
How to customize Control Center on Apple Watch
Step #1:
watchOS 5 lets you customize Control Center on Apple Watch. To do so you need to open Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of your watch, and then scroll down the list using the Digital Crown.
Step #2:
At the bottom you will find an Edit button, which you should tap. (watchOS 5 lets you access Control Center while within any app).
Step #3:
This is where the fun begins. You will see the different Control Center icons begin to wriggle – it’s a little like apps on your iPhone’s Home screen when you are editing them. Tap and hold a Control Center icon and you can move it around to the location you want it to be.
Step #4:
Rearrange as many icons as you like.
Step #5:
When you have completed the process, tap Done. All your Control Center items will now be held in the position you defined.

Why is this useful?
My vision isn’t great and I don’t always wear glasses, so it is useful to me to know precisely where the icons for the tasks I most often do in Control Center can be found. For me, it makes sense to keep Torch and AirPlane Mode at the top of the list, but others may have different preferences.
