Just how fast are those 2017 iPad Pros gonna get?

 Yesterday, I speculated that the next generation A10X-series iPad Pros may be faster than some current Macs. Well, according to new data from TechTastic, that’s exactly right. Just look at the speed of the claimed benchmark figure on the left of the chart.

Now, I can’t claim to know if the data is true or false, and the claims are big — but we’ll all be excited to learn the truth. We know next year is a big one for the iPhone and for Apple. Things are about to get interesting, I think.
